Hal T. Best is the Senior Pastor of Eternal Hope of Glory. With a loving, caring heart of a father he builds relationships, advising pastors and organizations who often call on him to serve on their boards. His passion is to ignite believers to carry out the Great Commission through the Great Commandment of Love.
He is the founder of I.M.P.A.C.T. Fellowship International, which stands for Igniting Ministry Purpose and Citywide Transformation. Through this fellowship, churches, ministers, and ministries receive help with launching new congregations, mentorship, and ongoing support through meaningful relationships.
He is the husband of Pastor Madelin M. the father of two wonderful children, Barry (Lolita) and Leah, and the proud grandfather of six grandchildren.
